They include breathable films with a membrane function which the company produces and distributes under the product brand Aptra® and are outstandingly suitable as a component for the production of roofing underlayments and building wraps films. The films can be laminated with nonwovens or other materials and therefore be processed further to create roofing underlayments. The system product prevents the ingress of moisture and combines these barrier properties with controlled vapour permeability from inside the building.
